This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of NanoBananaPro's AI generation services. This policy is designed to protect our users, our Service, and the broader community from harmful or illegal content generation.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT use NanoBananaPro to generate, create, upload, or share content that:

🚫 Illegal Content

Depicts, promotes, or facilitates any illegal activities
Violates any local, state, national, or international laws
Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Involves illegal drugs, weapons, or other contraband

🚫 Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

Depicts minors (under 18) in any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate manner
Any content involving child exploitation or abuse (CSAM)
Content that sexualizes, endangers, or harms children

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for child exploitation. Violations will be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.

🚫 Explicit Sexual Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit content
Nude or semi-nude imagery (with exceptions for artistic, educational, or medical purposes)
Content depicting sexual acts or sexual services

🚫 Violence & Gore

Graphic violence, gore, or mutilation
Content depicting or promoting self-harm or suicide
Torture, abuse, or cruelty to humans or animals
Terrorist content or violent extremism

🚫 Hate Speech & Discrimination

Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
Nazi symbols, KKK imagery, or other hate group symbols
Racist, sexist, homophobic, or other discriminatory content

🚫 Harassment & Threats

Content intended to harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten others
Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
Stalking or targeted harassment

🚫 Misinformation & Deepfakes

Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive without disclosure
Impersonation of real people without permission
Misinformation about public health, elections, or emergencies
Fake news or propaganda designed to mislead

🚫 Fraud & Scams

Phishing attempts or social engineering
Fake documents (IDs, passports, certificates, etc.)
Counterfeit money or financial instruments
Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams

🚫 Spam & Abuse

Excessive or bulk generation for spamming purposes
Automated abuse or bot activity
Credit exploitation or payment fraud

Acceptable Uses

NanoBananaPro may be used for:

✅ Personal creative projects and art
✅ Commercial design and marketing (Starter, Creator, Studio plans)
✅ Educational and research purposes
✅ Content creation for social media, blogs, and websites
✅ Product mockups and prototyping
✅ Storytelling and entertainment
✅ Scientific visualization and data representation

Content Moderation

We implement multiple layers of content moderation:

Automated Filtering: Our AI providers have built-in content filters that reject prohibited prompts
Manual Review: Flagged content may be reviewed by our moderation team
User Reports: Users can report violations (coming soon)
Account Monitoring: We monitor for patterns of abuse

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in:

Warning and content removal

⚠️ Second Violation or Serious Violation:

Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)

🚫 Severe or Repeated Violations:

Permanent account termination without refund

🚨 Illegal Activity:

Immediate termination + report to law enforcement

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
