By accessing and using Nano Banana Pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
Nano Banana Pro provides AI-powered video generation services, including:
- Text-to-video generation
- Image-to-video generation
- Multiple AI model access (Veo 3, Runway, etc.)
- Credit-based payment system
3. Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
4. Credit System & Payments
4.1 How Credits Work
- Credits are purchased in packs (100, 500, 2500)
- Different AI models cost different amounts of credits
- Credits never expire once purchased
- Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
4.2 Pricing
Current pricing is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing users.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for unused credits. Once credits are used for generation, they cannot be refunded. Refund requests must be submitted to support@nanobananapro.me.
5. Content Rights & License
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to content you upload (images, text prompts). By uploading, you grant us a license to process and store your content for service delivery.
5.2 Generated Content
- Commercial Use: You may use generated videos for commercial purposes
- Ownership: You own the generated content subject to our license
- Attribution: No attribution required, but appreciated
- Restrictions: You may not claim AI-generated content was created by humans
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create deepfakes or misleading content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Automate or scrape our Service
- Reverse engineer our AI models
- Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance windows may occur with notice
- AI model availability may change based on provider limitations
- Generation times may vary based on server load
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- Generation quality will meet your expectations
- Generated content will be error-free
- Specific AI models will remain available
- Generated content will be unique
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- By You: Delete your account anytime from settings
- By Us: We may terminate for violations with or without notice
- Effect: Upon termination, you lose access to your account and unused credits (unless refundable)
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
