2. Service Description

NanoBananaPro is a platform that provides a custom interface for accessing third-party AI models. We integrate multiple AI services (including Veo 3, Runway Gen-3, Midjourney, Flux, and GPT-4o) to allow users to create visual content. We are not an AI model provider - we are a service platform that connects users to existing AI technologies. The Service operates on a credit-based system where:

• Free plan: 100 credits upon signup
• Starter plan: $14.99/month - 1,000 credits per month
• Creator plan: $39.99/month - 5,000 credits per month
• Studio plan: $119.99/month - 20,000 credits per month

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, upload, or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate manner
• Spreads misinformation or deepfakes without disclosure
• Harasses, threatens, or harms others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Generated Content: You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service, subject to our Acceptable Use policy. Paid plan users (Starter, Creator, Studio) receive a full commercial license. Free plan is limited to personal use only.

Our Platform: The Service, including its code, design, and AI models, is owned by NanoBananaPro and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize recurring monthly charges
• Monthly subscription credits roll over to the next month up to a maximum limit (Starter: 2,000 credits, Creator: 10,000 credits, Studio: 40,000 credits)
• One-time credit pack purchases never expire
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions
• Failed image generations (credits are refunded automatically)
• Third-party API failures

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or quality of generated images
• That generated images will meet your specific requirements
• That the Service will be error-free or secure

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NanoBananaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
