At NanoBananaPro, we stand behind the quality of our AI image generation service. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all first-time paid subscriptions (Starter, Creator, Studio plans).

Eligibility for Refunds

✅ You ARE eligible for a refund if:

  • This is your first paid subscription with NanoBananaPro
  • You request the refund within 7 days of your initial payment
  • You are dissatisfied with the Service for any reason
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the Service (we will also assist with troubleshooting)

❌ You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your initial payment
  • You have previously received a refund from NanoBananaPro
  • You violated our Terms of Service (e.g., generated prohibited content)
  • You are requesting a refund for renewal payments (see Cancellation Policy below)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@nanobananapro.me
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your account email address
    • Date of subscription purchase
    • Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
  3. Wait for confirmation - We will respond within 1-2 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund immediately through our payment processor
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
  • The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

What Happens After a Refund

After a refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be canceled immediately
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan (25 credits)
  • All previously generated images will remain accessible in your account
  • You can continue using the Free plan or upgrade again in the future

Cancellation Policy (No Refund)

If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 7-day refund period:

  • You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You retain access to your paid plan until the billing cycle ends
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused credits
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan after cancellation

Failed Generations & Credit Refunds

For failed image generations:

  • Credits are automatically refunded if an image generation fails due to technical issues
  • No action is required on your part
  • The refund appears instantly in your account balance
  • If you believe credits were not refunded correctly, contact support

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. If you have a unique circumstance not covered by this policy (e.g., medical emergency, prolonged service outage), please contact us at support@nanobananapro.me. We will review your case individually.
